Our client is running two high‑impact events in the heart of the city, and we’re on‑site managing the end‑to‑end movement of event materials through Rome’s narrow streets and challenging access points.
Over the past few weeks, our team have worked closely with the events coordinator to plan the movement schedule, coordinate vehicle access, and navigate the logistical hurdles that come with delivering into Rome's historic city centre.
Now on site, we’re overseeing the setup to ensure each delivery arrives exactly when it should, no delays, no surprises and no compromises.
