Unfortunately this is a post we never envisaged we would be posting and certainly one we hoped we would never have to post, but as of Friday 23rd of August 2019 we have sadly had to close our gates one last time and draw the curtain on what has been a rollercoaster journey over the last 59 years in business.

As every business does we have enjoyed many happy times and fruitful years along with the inevitable low points and struggles. Unfortunately with several events occurring over the last few months that are beyond our control we have been left with no option but to call it a day, despite doing all we can to overcome the obstacles we have been faced with.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our previous employees but a special thanks to those who have stuck by us recently in a bid to help us overcome the obstacles we have faced, your hard work and determination has not gone unnoticed and we are deeply grateful for all that you have done and we wish you all the very best going forward.

Also We wish to thank all of our customers and subcontractors for their continued support and in time hopefully we can work together again in some way.

Lastly as a family we would all like to thank those of you who have been told already for your well wishes and support at this time.

Once again we are looking for two drivers to start on Monday covering drivers who are off sick.

Class 1(CE) competitive rates of pay and night out allowance.
We are aware that our lorries may not be the newest but they will always be clean and well maintained.

Initially one weeks work but there is a strong chance this could lead to a permanent position or if it suits the individual better just holiday cover and weekend work.

Both PAYE and self employed drivers will be considered.
The vehicles pictured are what the applicants would be driving next week.
