Announcement:
Due to increasing overheads,lack of passing trade and other business commitments as of 2025 we will no longer be operating any Garage services or repairs from the site on Birds Drove - This site has now closed.
Our Transportation and recovery business alongside our Roadside Assistance for Agency Customers will continue as previously to keep up with the demands of our corporate clients.
Sadly this brings a termination to our work within Gorefield and a permanent closure of the garage, Since our move from our original site at high road unfortunately we have found over the last 6 months our customer base has slowly been dwindling, with many customers venturing into town rather than supporting local,
we have put this down to a number of factors
Ev cars !!
New cars or finance and servicing packages
Cost of living crisis
Lack of Income
Government Cutbacks
Poor Location
No passing trade
Local Road Conditions
Site Appearance
Also a Significant increase in local garages/ mobile mechanics and Diyers opening lately and subsequently undercutting everything in there paths ( pay cheap pay twice !! )
I would like to thank our customers over the last few years for there support but sadly it has been a case of use us or loose us once again.
Please refer any mechanical repair enquiries to other local garages as we will no longer be undertaking this type of work
