“Many thanks to Emma, Marisha, and the entire PetAir Team!!!! It was a decision a year in the making with conversations first with Emma, then Marisha, and lastly James in New York. I 100% confidently, and happily recommend them, as everything was completely top of the top, and professional, so she arrived calmly and completely unstressed as if she had just been out to a park. Tremendous loving care from her pick up, the freshly built crate, the caring boarding facility which had her on time to the British Airways air conditioned flight! I wish I could explain all the details which were taken care of so professionally and smoothly. James met me in the cargo area of JFK, and spoke with the people who know him, and made sure she was out as quickly as possible. He had bowl, water, a leash if I needed it. You may book your trip for your beloved pet with confidence, and follow their trip on BA through a cargo link, and with Care Tags provided with pictures and updates. I wish I had done it sooner, but now we are so, so happy! Kindest thanks to the entire PetAir team! We appreciate you so much!”
