🚨 MANCHESTER AIRPORT — HERE WE GO AGAIN! 🚨

Manchester Airport have once again made life harder for private hire drivers and our customers.

They have now moved the Overheight/Minibus Car Park practically to the other side of Manchester! 😡

📍 It is now around a 5-minute walk from the terminal building..

And before anyone starts saying “the taxi companies just want cheaper parking” — NO!
This has absolutely nothing to do with us wanting cheaper parking.

It is Manchester Airport making decisions that make things more difficult for private hire drivers, while allowing them to maximise the premium parking spaces closer to the terminal — spaces where passengers are paying extortionate prices to park.

Our drivers are still doing everything we can to get you to and from the airport as smoothly as possible, but we don't make these decisions and we don't control where Manchester Airport tells us to park.

If you're being collected from Manchester Airport by one of our OVERHEIGHT private hire vehicles, please check the map below carefully so you know where you need to go.

Not every customer will see this post, so please SHARE it with friends and family who regularly use Manchester Airport.

We don't want anyone getting lost, rushing around the terminal or wondering where their driver has gone.

💜 First day of the school holidays... and we're halfway to our target! 💜

What an incredible start to the summer

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of so many amazing people, we're already halfway towards making Lexi's dream a reality.

Today we'd like to wish a very special Happy Birthday to one of our own. ❤️🎉

Behind Wigan Airports is an incredible mum who spends every single day caring for her beautiful daughter, Lexi. She is her carer, her advocate, her nurse, her comfort, and her biggest supporter.

Lexi was given just a week to live after being diagnosed with Edwards syndrome, yet she has defied every expectation and is now 11 years old. She can't walk, talk or stand, is tube fed, and has complex medical needs, but she continues to inspire everyone who meets her.

Every day her mum lifts and carries her, manages her medical care, attends countless appointments, and never stops fighting to give Lexi the best life possible.

The family are currently raising funds to build a safe, accessible space for Lexi, making daily life safer and giving her the comfort and dignity she deserves.

For her birthday, if anyone would like to give this amazing mum the greatest gift of all, we'd be incredibly grateful if you could donate to or share their GoFundMe. Every donation, no matter how small, brings them one step closer to changing Lexi's life.
