FOUND SAFE AND WELL

We need your help......one of our drivers dad's is missing

‼️ Phil‘s dad is missing – left his house in Hindley at 9:45 am this morning. All relevant authorities have been notified including Greater Manchester transport  The suspicion is he may have caught a bus and has now become confused. His name is James Alan Bentham but he likes to be called Alan. Hes 87 years old! Normally very independent but hasn’t been well recently. Would appreciate if everyone can share this please contact Phil on 07720455531 please share this post far and wide and if who see him call us or the number in the post

**Manchester Airport Update**
We have had several flights cancelled both going out and coming back. Customers who we've dropped off at the airport needing picking back up, and on top of this arrivals have been taking upto 5 hours in some cases to get their luggage and come out.
Clearly this throws our job scheduling out of the window. As always we are doing our utmost to accommodate everyone and make sure you get picked up from the airport in a timely manner, but please understand we can't have drivers sat at the airport off the road for hours specifically waiting for you. We have to improvise as and when, it's the only way to get through it.
Please help us to manage this as best we can by communicating with us and keeping us in the loop.

Customer notice...
If you are due to fly out in the next day or two. Regardless of the issues currently at Manchester Airport, it is important that you still go at the normal time for your flight unless you are told otherwise by the airline as you will be classed as a no show otherwise.
