44 years years ago yesterday "An American Werewolf in London" was released, and blew the minds of both horror fans and fans of special effects. Nothing quite like it had been seen before. Kudos to the legend Rick Baker and his team for helping create this absolute masterpiece 😊

Here is our fantastic 10 piece, big 1/4 scale twin bust kit of "Curly", one of the werewolf Demons which appears in a scene in the movie. This kit is still available and was sculpted by the super talented Jeff Yagher 😊

So who are Banshee Studios UK?

We are a model kit producer based in Lancashire in the UK. We manufacture traditional "Garage Kit" type models, mainly horror themed but sometimes we venture in to other genres. All or kits are traditionally manufactured using high quality rubber and resin. Every part is pressure cast and cleaned before shipping out.

Most people don't realise we have been creating kits for many years and we actually ship around the world.

We sometimes also manufacture kits for other producers (moulding and casting) and currently we are producing a selection of kits from Typhon Studios.

Below are a number of kits we have been producing, most of which are currently available.

It's 'Monster Monday' again, and here's our still available, beautiful 10 piece, 1/4 scale American Werewolf in London kit "The Slaughtered Lamb - David's nightmare". This is a stunning must have kit, sculpted by the legend Jeff Yagher and originally produced by Typhon Studios.

Traditionally cast in bubble and seam free, high quality resin. You won't get better castings in the UK.

Today would have been the 105th birthday of Ray Harryhausen, stop motion icon and an idol of mine from being a child, so much so that I sculpted model kits of a couple of his creations, Calibos and Trog ❤️

So... Banshee have been having a digital sculpt of a double figure bust commissioned over the last month or so. This bust, as far as we're aware, has not been done before and it's Banshee Studios first foray into digital sculpture.

However recent posts on another group regarding a very similar bust, have forced our hand to show one or two teaser photos, earlier than planned, just to show how far we have been involved in creating this bust.

The bust was to be available in 1/6 and 1/4 scale (possibly 1/8 scale too) , and with extra head options such as sculpted or real hair, and different hand options also.

So here are the first couple of teaser photos... I'm sure you'll all guess 😊
