town a short walk from all facilities, but its geographical position makes it an... ideal stop-over for international voyagers. Situated at the heart of the old town it is the ideal sailing destination for you to moor and explore Weymouth, the Jurassic coastline and the neighbouring countryside, as well as providing a safe haven from the predominantly south westerly winds. Weymouth also enjoys one of the lowest tidal ranges in the UK, allowing for safe and easy access at all states of the tide and if you are looking to relocate your boat our permanent berthing is one of the cheapest around.

📈 Join the Fishermen's Mission health event on the quay for active, retired and former fisherman and their families.
There will be advice and support from a number of health-related groups, such as skin cancer awareness and LiveWell Dorset as well as Stella Maris. There will also be an opportunity for you to receive a Covid/Flu vaccine as well if you wish.

📢 Refurbishment Works to Begin on Stone Pier's Observation Tower

We're pleased to announce that refurbishment works will commence on Weymouth's observation tower located on the Stone Pier on Friday 4th September.

The project will see all existing paintwork carefully stripped back and reapplied, giving the structure a new lease of life, and any stairwell spindles in need of replacement will also be renewed.

Once completed, the tower will complement the recently restored Stone Pier railings, which have been transformed to their former beauty over the summer months.

We appreciate your patience while these improvement works are carried out and look forward seeing the results soon.

We're delighted to welcome the iconic paddle steamer Waverley back to Weymouth. She'll be visiting tomorrow and throughout the week as part of her excursion schedule, so residents and visitors alike will have numerous opportunities to see this magnificent vessel coming and going from the harbour.
