MSL Logistics are currently seeking Professional Full Time Vehicle Collection and Delivery drivers to complement their existing team.

Starting as a Self-Employed Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver you'll be home-based. You will collect, inspect, and deliver vehicles on trade plates from various locations within the UK.

Candidates need to be resourceful, professional in appearance and conduct, able to plan their day effectively and be prepared for early morning starts.

Successful candidates will drive new, nearly new, and prestigious vehicles - in many cases collecting from the dealership or PDI Centre and delivering directly to the customer, where they will be required to carry out a handover of the vehicle and explain the controls and safety features (working within current COVID-19 Guidelines). Due to the prestigious nature of the vehicles, customers will expect a high level of customer service when receiving their deliveries. The driver is, on many occasions, their only face to face contact throughout the entire process. The driver will therefore be representing all companies involved.

Previous Vehicle Delivery/Trade Plate experience is not essential but is desirable. Uniform will be provided.

Requirements:

- A Full UK Driving Licence and a minimum of 5 years driving experience.

- Off road parking that meets SORN criteria.

- A good knowledge of the UK road network.

- A suitable Sat Nav and mobile phone with access to e-mails.

- No more than 3 points on your driving licence for minor offences and not been banned in the past 5 years. No CD, IN, DR, DD, TT99 endorsements can be accepted.

This is an interesting and varied role that suits candidates who are able to plan ahead, work independently, think on their feet and conduct themselves professionally and efficiently at all times.

A big day for MSL Logistics!! We have spent the day with Mercedes Benz in Brooklands to receive the Award for Driven Delivery Company of the Year for their National Distribution centre at Purfleet. This award recognises a huge team effort from everyone in the Company!!

As Wimbledon and The World Cup draw to a close, MSL is proud to work behind the scenes of the next big sporting event of the summer. The Open, the most famous golf competition in the world, starts on Thursday. Today MSL made sure that Rory got his wheels to get to the first tee!!! Good Luck Rory!
