Seaview Car Park Beautiful cliff top car park next to West Runton Beach ( Home of the Mammoth) If there are any issues, please email, message or telephone us.

We are a family run business and would hope everyone enjoys their visit to West Runton. We will not discuss any issues in a social media open forum. There is strictly no overnight parking or camping on the car park. Please be aware, the height barrier at 2.2m is now in full time use.

***Announcement***

This seasons annual permits ( 2026 / 2027) will go on sale from March 1st 2026. The numbers we sell are capped, and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Should you require one of the permits, the cost this year will be £60.00, expiring March 31st 2027.

Due to ever increasing costs, as of March 13th, the parking charges at Seaview Car Park will be changing.

Due to lack of use, the early morning and late short stay charge of £2.00 will be discontinued.

To make paying simpler, there will be one fixed fee of £4.50 for your stay. Cash, card, Apple and Android Pay, App pay are still available.

The car park will continue to be manned from April 1st through to September 30th. There are only a few annual permits remaining, please get in touch to secure one, thank you

There will be ongoing works at the car park during Saturday 25th January. Resurfacing and new steps are being installed, please follow any diversions and instructions from the workers, thank you

The Little Blue Truck will be coming to the car park each week on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, during the Winter, weather permitting. Serving Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Toasted Sandwiches, cold drinks and snacks. Cash or card taken.
Open 10 - 3pm. Perfect after your winter walk!

***NOTICE***

Anglian Water have notified us that the mains water leak, opposite Laburnum Caravan Park / Ambleside, will be rectified on November 5th. As they have suggested they are closing the road, The car park therefore be closed on November 5th for the day. They have acknowledged the road will open the same day. Thank you

There is a small section of the Coastal Path that is closed due to needing urgent repairs, it is clearly fenced off for your safety, and yes that includes you, the entitled person this morning that argued with the lady who owns the land, please just follow the 60m detour, as Norfolk Trails are ignoring emails and all the repairs along this coast, we are trying to resolve this as soon as we can. In the meantime we would appreciate your support in the short term, thank you

Today is the last day the car park is manned this season. The car park will then become Pay at machine only. These are clearly signed and instructions are large and beside the machines themselves. The field will be closed and the parking will be restricted to the hard standing only. We can no longer park coaches or any vehicle taller than 2.2m, this is explained on our website, seaviewbeachcafe.co.uk, please do NOT park in the passing bays or restrict the access to the beach by parking on the road, emergency services still need access, thank you
