We are recruiting!

An exciting position has become available:

SURVEYOR AND COORDINATOR

You should have a positive, self motivated attitude alongside being able to operate both individually and as part of an integrated team in a vibrant and busy atmosphere. You must be able to display a high degree for attention to detail, accuracy and also demonstrate an ability to work to deadlines.

Previous experience in the traffic management and/or CAD drawing would be advantageous.

​

-Attending site meetings and project planning meetings with clients and stakeholders.

-Design bespoke temporary traffic management schemes.

-Undertake ‘cradle to grave’ ownership of all projects you are directly involved with.

-Project manage contracts as necessary, ensuring smooth and timely delivery to the client from initial site meetings, delivery of drawings and installation, right through to completion and removal of all equipment.

-Liaise with Drawing Dept, to ensure drawings are produced, checked and delivered within clients time scale.

-Undertake and produce CAD TM Drawings as and when required and ensure drawing register is kept up to date
-Develop strong & regular communication links with clients, colleagues and Local Authority officers.

-Liaise with colleagues throughout the Company to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of all clients’ requirements and expectations. Ensuring that the relevant hire desk have ample notice of all upcoming projects and installations.

-Continued contact with clients to ensure we are meeting their expectations.

-Inspect sites to ensure ongoing quality assurance.

-Dealing with all aspects of your duties promptly and efficiently ensuring at all times compliance to the company ISO quality procedures
