We are recruiting - Senior Practice Nurse

Hours of work: 30 hours per week

Monday to Friday available

Remuneration: £21 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Contract: Permanent

Location - The Maple Surgery, Hanover Close, Bar Hill, CB23 8EH

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Practice Nurse to join our supportive team at Maple Surgery, a small village practice in Bar Hill providing care to around 4,000 patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care and keen to help support and develop our services.

As a Senior Practice Nurse, you will help oversee day-to-day nursing operations and deliver safe, effective, patient-centred care whilst helping improve patient outcomes.

We are looking for a confident clinician with strong nursing skills who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The role is also supported by an experienced wider federation Senior Management Team, including a Lead Nurse. We welcome any queries relating to the role and informal visits to the practice.

Cambs GP Network seeks an experienced, enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to support the nursing team and deliver patient care within their scope of practice, including treatment, prevention, health promotion and education.

Maple Surgery cares for around 4,000 patients and is in a small village on the outskirts of Cambridge with great transport links. It is complemented by a stable and helpful team of experienced health care professionals including GPs, nurses and HCAs. The practice offers traditional, face-to-face, high-quality patient care, with the added support of the wider Cambs GP Network team. This gives the team the stability and resources to focus on patients and maintain a well-run, sustainable service.

We are recruiting - Practice Nurse

Hours of work: 27 hours per week

Remuneration: £19 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Location - Cherry Hinton Medical Centre

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Care Nurse with a strong understanding of quality assurance.

The postholder will actively engage in practice / patient engagement and will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Clinically, the focus of the role is the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients with long-term conditions and management, and preventative nursing interventions to all patients.

Assist the practice and its staff with compliance of infection prevention and control policies and procedures

Assure clinical safety and drive excellent patient outcomes
Work collaboratively with the whole practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
