At JayMac Solutions, we know that great businesses are built by great people, and Chris Tilley is a perfect example of that.

As our Customer Service Manager, Chris plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service every single day. From processing orders and managing customer enquiries to coordinating with production and transport teams, Chris helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Known for his positive attitude, attention to detail and commitment to delivering for our customers, Chris is often the first point of contact for many of our clients and always goes the extra mile to find solutions.

His ability to build strong relationships, solve problems quickly and support both customers and colleagues makes him an invaluable part of the JayMac team.

When he’s not at work, Chris enjoys playing cricket, golf and padel, travelling and exploring new places, and spending time walking his four-legged best mate, Benji.

Whether he’s visiting customers, exploring new opportunities, or helping strengthen existing partnerships, Marcus brings energy, commitment, and a customer-first approach to everything he does.

Away from work, Marcus is a passionate Sunderland AFC supporter, enjoys socialising with friends, and can often be found on a padel court whenever he gets the chance.
