What a lovely surprise to receive from my special friend, Andonis Mavros who owns and runs Mavros Taverna with his family. Mavros OuzoClub is a great tradition in the village of Mastichari Kos., where Hilary and I spent two happy years in 1986/1987 as Reps for Medina Holidays. My Nephew has just returned from the village from his second holiday this year, and on their last night, Andonis gave them this signed bottle of Ouzo to pass onto me back in the UK as a sign of our long lasting friendship . Not only is Mavros a great Taverna sitting directly on the beach, but being part of the Ouzo Club is a great honour and Tradition. Thank you Andonis for this lovely gesture. Mastichari
