Beginning my career with Delta Power building military and search and rescue vessels, I have since accumulated over 20 years’ experience across the marine sector. Following 16 years with the RNLI engineering department, I founded Neptune Marine Solutions, providing vessel refits, repairs, bespoke installations and through-life in-service support across the UK and Ireland, helping commercial and SAR operators keep their assets reliable, operational and mission ready.
