Fusion People Training High quality Rail and H&S Training at our state of the art facility in Warrington. Including PTS, OLEC, COSS, AOD, SSWOP, IWA, Assessments and Recerts.

Led by Sean Whittaker and Lesley Doyle, the team have connections throughout the industry and a strong reputation for delivering first-rate training. Through this team, we will continue to provide the friendly and flexible service we have become renowned for with our current clients. With the resources now available to us, we will be able to expand the business, providing our current and future clients with an outstanding service on a national basis. We have been awarded assurance as a training and assessment provider by NSAR, RTAS and Network Rail. We are also ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001, and RISQS audited and verified. Fusion People have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and are currently working towards the Silver Award. Our modern and well-equipped training centre is based in Warrington. In addition, we have the use of a state of the art internal / external OLE training span, to facilitate the delivery of AP and NP courses. As a progressive and forward-thinking business, we are keen to form collaborative partnerships with other NSAR training and assessment providers and other RISQS accredited rail and constructions businesses. We are also keen to form collaborations with providers and companies that work closely with Service personnel transitioning to civilian life. Challenge Complete ✅

Last week, members of our Solent team took on an incredible challenge to walk 1 million steps in a week in support of the wonderful team at Rowans Hospice, Waterlooville.

Rowans Hospice provides outstanding palliative and end-of-life care for people living with life-limiting illnesses across South East Hampshire, while also offering vital support to their families and loved ones.

We're delighted to share that the team smashed the challenge, clocking up an amazing 1,214,325 steps throughout the week! 👏

A huge well done to everyone who got involved and helped raise awareness for such an important local charity. Every step taken was in support of the incredible work Rowans Hospice does for our community. 💙

One person’s actions can make all the difference.

This National Su***de Prevention Month, we’re recognising Snehal Chauhan, one of our rail workers, whose quick thinking, professionalism, and compassion helped keep someone safe while working on the tracks.

By remaining calm and professional, following emergency procedures and working alongside the Control Room and British Transport Police, Snehal helped prevent a potential tragedy. He will receive the GTR Lifesaver Award later this month in recognition of his actions.

We’re incredibly proud of Snehal. His story is a powerful reminder of the importance of vigilance, compassion and knowing how to respond when someone needs help.
