Wednesday welcomes the EEMS DUISBURG into Warrenpoint 👋

The impressive Dutch-flagged vessel arrived into Port this afternoon carrying crane components for the initial installation of the Narrow Water Bridge.

As the Port team extends a Warrenpoint welcome to the DUISBURG crew, off-loading and carriage will soon get underway. Stay tuned for more 📸

The final visit of Le Lapérouse marked the end of another successful cruise season, with more than 1,000 visitors welcomed to Warrenpoint in 2026.

🛳️ LE LAPÉROUSE RETURNS TO WARRENPOINT PORT! ⚓

We are delighted to welcome Le Lapérouse back to beautiful Warrenpoint Port this Saturday, 26 September, for her third visit of the year.

The elegant cruise ship is expected to arrive at approximately 8.00am, bringing another group of visitors to Warrenpoint and the surrounding Mourne area.

It is always a pleasure to see Le Lapérouse sailing into Carlingford Lough and returning once again to our shores.

👋 If you're out and about on Saturday morning, keep an eye out and help us give her passengers and crew another wonderful Warrenpoint welcome!

🚢 Farewell SeaDream II ⚓

After a wonderful visit to Warrenpoint, SeaDream II is due to depart Warrenpoint Port this evening at approximately 21.00hrs.

It has been a pleasure to welcome the Captain, crew and guests to our town, and we hope they have enjoyed the scenery, hospitality and warm Warrenpoint welcome during their time with us.

We wish everyone on board a safe onward journey and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming SeaDream II back to Warrenpoint again in the future.

If you’re out and about this evening, keep an eye out for her departure from Carlingford Lough.

🚢 SeaDream II Arrives in Warrenpoint! ⚓

Tomorrow morning we’re delighted to welcome SeaDream II to Warrenpoint Port, with an ETA of 8.00am.

We’re looking forward to welcoming the Captain, crew and guests to our beautiful corner of Carlingford Lough and giving them our usual wonderful Warrenpoint welcome! 💙

We hope our visitors enjoy everything Warrenpoint and the surrounding area has to offer — from our spectacular scenery and warm local hospitality to our cafés, shops and attractions.

If you’re out and about tomorrow, be sure to look out for SeaDream II arriving into the Lough. 🚢

✅ Solar switch-on complete at the Port⚡

Installed safely on the roof of Shed 12, the solar panel system will generate around 240,000 kWh of renewable electricity each year to help power Port operations.

A major milestone in the Port's sustainability journey, the panels are expected to cut carbon emissions by approximately 61 tonnes annually.
