Rudder fabricated and installed on this at Swansea Yacht Club. As per original spec we used 3 plys of 18mm laminated together. The rudder was sheathed with fibreglass and epoxy faired. The original cheeks were reused at the customers request

Nice paint job completed. This has poor gel coat adhesion, we peeled the gel using our gelplane and faired using . Shrink wrap confinement constructed with proper air flow using out mobile atex fans. Next we applied epoxy high build primer followed by epoxy finish primer. The confinement was then re lined internally ready for off white topcoat. To finish up we applied new custom vinyls.
Happy with the results and a lovely transformation giving the boat a new lease of life!

Nice job on this Hanse 411. Great to see the results at the end after all the work. List of works included:
Deep clean, sand, 4 stage compound/wax to all external gel to restore gloss.
Large grp/gel repair on transom
Teak sand
Interior valet including lifting all sole boards
Sand antifoul and re apply
Treat rust on keel
New gaurd wires and polish stanchions
New mastic bead on rub rail and restore rub rail colour
New lazy jacks, traveller lines, mainsheet and furler line all spliced and fitted
Fenders,mooring lines spliced and fitted
Prep primer/antifoul saildrive and new flap/anodes fitted
New name vinyls and hanse logos
New spray hood supplied by Severn Sails

Instant facelift on this Elan cockpit. New Flexiteek fabricated and installed. Panels vacuum bagged down to ensure super flat finish.

Structural repairs and paint works carried out on this halftonner. It was clear there was a weakness in this area as there was quite a bit of historic damage. We repaired damaged laminate inside and out, re-tabbed the main bulkhead and stiffener. A longitudinal stiffener was introduced to improve stiffness and strength in this area. We flush mounted the transducer and stripped the core to ensure proper install.

Repairs carried out to the base of this Pogo yacht keel after minor grounding incident. The keel was epoxy faired and incapsulated with GRP, we replicated this process in the repair. Vacuum bag was used to consildate using epoxy resin after proper priming/prep.
