CPR Training at Our Site Today 🚑

Today, we welcomed Dee and Jerry from Magpas Air Ambulance, who provided CPR and cardiac arrest awareness training to 13 members of our team.

Staff learned how to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, respond in an emergency, and perform chest compressions, with everyone getting hands-on practice using realistic training manikins.

With only around 1 in 10 people surviving an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, these life-saving skills are incredibly important and could make all the difference in an emergency.

A huge thank you to Magpas Air Ambulance for delivering such valuable training and helping our team gain the confidence to act when it matters most.

🚛📚 Exciting News! 📚🚛

We’re delighted to share that Turners is featured in a brand-new children’s book, Truck — now available to purchase!

Created by local author Rachel Loader ✍️ and illustrator Richard O’Neil 🎨, the book is part of a popular children’s series and gives a fun, behind-the-scenes look at life in transport.

The story follows a “day in the life” of one of our longest-serving drivers, Cliffy Gwilliam from Exning 👏, bringing the world of trucking to life for young readers.

It’s been a pleasure to support this project and see it come together — and we think it’s turned out brilliantly! 😊

You can find out more and order your copy here:

Perfect for young truck enthusiasts and budding drivers! 🚚💭
