🚛 We’re in Commercial Motor!

A proud moment for everyone at Wrights of Twycross Ltd, as we feature in this week’s edition of Commercial Motor, published Thursday 24th September.

From our farming roots to a 120+ vehicle fleet, the feature looks at the journey of Wrights of Twycross and how we’ve continued to evolve into a specialist operator across wastewater, utilities, transport and waste management.

It’s fantastic to see the scale and capability of our operation recognised in one of the UK’s leading road transport publications.

But, as always, the real story is the people behind it — our Drivers, Operatives, Supervisors, Transport Section Operators, Transport Section Leaders, Managers, Workshop Teams, Support Teams and our Senior Management Team, who collectively keep the operation moving every day.

A huge thank you to everyone who has played a part in getting us to where we are today.

71 years in business, and there’s plenty more to come. 🚛

📖 The full feature is available to read in this week’s edition of Commercial Motor, and we’ve attached a digital copy below for anyone who wants to take a look.

We’re pleased to announce the delivery of Vans 2, 3 and 4 as part of the latest expansion of our Light Commercial Jetting fleet, with one more vehicle still to arrive.

Another great local project completed by Wrights Of Twycross Ltd supporting a brand new local business venture.

We were proud to assist The Golden Egg Cup Cafe with the relocation of their new café building from the construction site into its permanent home on the A444, just off M42 Junction 11 heading towards Burton.

A fantastic piece of work by our Lorry Loader Driver, Lindsy Ingram, who as always demonstrated exceptional skill, patience and attention to detail to ensure the move was completed safely and without a hitch.

It is always great to support local businesses and see new ventures coming to life within the community.

If you are passing by and feeling hungry, make sure you call in and support Mark and Rachel at The Golden Egg Cup Cafe — we wish them every success with the new venture! ☕🍳🚛
