DETAILS 🧵

The Cornish flag, known as Saint Piran’s Flag or Baner Peran, features a white cross on a black field. Legend attributes it to the 5th-century patron saint of tin miners, St Piran, who supposedly looked up in a cave and saw white molten tin flowing over black rock in his fire.
