Mashfords Boatyard & Repairs UK Docks Mashfords is based on the Cornish side of the Tamar River on the Cremyll Peninsula. The yard has 6 slipways that accommodate up to 300 tonnes.

Complete with Engineers Workshop, Shipwrights Workshop, GRP Fabrication & Seven deep water moorings.

So it begins again. Another spar being made for HMS Drake to replace the second one that’s failed with age.This one is longer than the last one at a finished length of around 10 meters.
Currently it’s being bonded together at the unfinished length of 12 meters long.
The interesting part will be transporting it back to HMS Drake.

Drone footage of the Serco 1230(A) internal hold getting UHP water blasting.
Currently blasting both side of the 60 deck plate and on completion removal of all plate to the UHP water blast the bilges.
Final stage to paint all plates both side and the paint the bilge.

Another sunny afternoon to haul up 1230a am******on barge. With help from and the crew of SD Eileen. She will be with us for an internal UHP water blast and repaint.
