An update on our Saturday hours

For 124 years, our business has thrived by listening to our community and adapting to modern times. Today, the way we all shop and connect has shifted, with most of our bookings, enquiries, and equipment purchases now happening throughout the week.

To adapt to these changes, we will be transitioning away from weekend hours. We are still open for the next two weekends (Saturday 24th and Saturday 31st October), and will then be closing on Saturdays for the foreseeable future starting in November.

But don't worry—our physical shop and team remain completely open and fully available throughout the week!
🕒 Our Weekday Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

🌸 Spring Launching Period:
We know how busy the peak seasons get! We will be reopening on Saturdays during our busy spring launching period, typically from mid-February to the end of May, to give you extra flexibility when you need it most.

📦 Introducing "Shop & Drop":
If your boat is stored at any of our sites and you can’t make it to us Monday–Friday, we’ve got you covered. Simply call or email us to order your goods, and our team will drop them directly onto your boat and invoice you later.

We’ve got some really exciting news! ⛵🎉

We are getting ready to launch our brand-new TBY Customer Portal soon! We are introducing this new platform to make managing your account and your boat a whole lot easier, whether you’re sitting at home or out on the water.

Once it’s live, you’ll be able to log in and sort out pretty much everything in one place. Here is a quick look at what you can do:

• Sort your payments in seconds: You can pay your invoices online , securely save your preferred card, or generate a full Statement of Account for any date you need.
• Keep your boat info up to date: You can manage your vessel's details and upload your insurance certificates directly to us without the paperwork hassle.
• Stay in touch instantly: You can chat with the TBY team via instant message, view and accept Service Estimates, and manage your contact info.
• Help us look after the marina: If you ever spot something around the marina that needs fixing, you can just snap a photo and upload it through the portal to let us know.

📱 A quick tip on how to use it: It works on any device, and if you want, you can even save it directly to your phone's home screen so it acts just like a dedicated App.

One more nice little feature: Next time we email you an invoice, you’ll spot a new "Click to Pay" button. If you're in a rush, you can just click that to pay instantly, without even needing to log into the portal.

We are putting the final touches on the setup right now. Keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days for your invite link to get registered!
