⛵ Summer Lift & Wash – June, July & August ⛵
Keep your boat performing at its best this summer with our Lift & Wash service — ideal for both racing sailors and cruisers.
We’ll lift your boat out with the crane, give the hull a quick but effective pressure wash to remove slime and fouling, and launch her straight back in. The whole process takes around 45 minutes.
Why it’s worth doing
Racers: Even a thin layer of slime adds drag, slows acceleration out of tacks, and affects pointing ability. A mid‑season clean can make a real difference on the racecourse.
Cruisers: A clean hull improves fuel efficiency, makes manoeuvring easier, and keeps the boat in better condition through the busy summer months.
Summer price
💷 £30 per metre (normally £35 per metre)
How it works
• All appointments must be pre‑booked — we can’t take boats that arrive without notice
• Short‑notice bookings may be possible, but must be arranged by phone
• Weekdays only
• Pull up alongside our downriver hammerhead pontoon for lift and launch
• Group bookings welcome — great for fleets or cruising groups
