📢 We’re hiring at Tattenhall Marina! 📢

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Café/Bar Supervisor to join our small team here at Tattenhall Marina near Chester.

The Boathouse Café Bar is at the heart of the marina – a place where boaters, visitors and locals can stop for a coffee, catch up with friends or simply sit back and take in the surroundings. We’re looking for someone who’ll help us make sure every visit feels warm, welcoming and well looked after.

This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be involved in everything from preparing and serving orders to keeping the Boathouse Café Bar running smoothly, maintaining our high standards and supporting the team during busy periods and events.

Previous bar or waiting experience would be helpful, but just as important to us is finding someone who is friendly, dependable, well organised and genuinely enjoys looking after people.

💷 £14.00 per hour
🕒 42.5 hours per week
📅 Wednesday–Sunday
🤝 Job share applications will also be considered

Your usual hours will be Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 4pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 9pm, and Sunday 9am to 4pm.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Come here if you want to unwind. Really relaxing environment, very calm and quiet. The pods bob very very gently so don’t worry about feeling nauseous, you’ll barely notice… but when you do notice, it feels very controlled and relaxing. The ducks are super friendly too with loads of different colourings, you’ll have fun picking your favourite one!"

Our day boat hire is available throughout September and October, giving you the perfect excuse to gather a few friends or family, pack some lunch and spend the day cruising the beautiful Cheshire countryside from Tattenhall Marina.

And if the weather decides not to play along, no problem. There’s plenty of comfortable seating inside, so you can keep cosy while watching the scenery drift by. 🍂

Our day boats are perfect for groups of up to 10 people, and dogs are welcome aboard too.
