It’s international dog day today. This is Buzz, our Cocker Spaniel puppy dog. He loves meeting everyone that visits the office! (As long as they have treats).

School Update for a September 2026. All passes are now available to purchase on our website www.southstaffscoachhire.com There’s options for term and annual passes along with interest free payment plans. Each service will resume on the 1st day the school is open to students, even if it is just one or two year groups in. Some minor service changes will also take effect.

Service 1 Fauld & Tutbury to De Ferrers will have a revised route. This service will now serve the stops on St Mary’s drive instead of Bitham Lane both in the morning and afternoon to avoid students having to walk a long way before and after school.

Service 12B Fradley Park to John Taylor the AM journey will operate 10 minutes earlier throughout to avoid a vehicle clash and congestion in Yoxhall where the service had been meeting two other services at the same time, bringing the village to a standstill. The PM journey remains unchanged.

Well, not content with passing his PSV test last week, Jack has persevered on and gone straight to complete his HGV class 1 this week! At 18 and a few weeks that’s some achievement. Well done son.

And they are off…45 young people and 8 leaders are off on a 10-day adventure of a lifetime to Kandersteg International Scout Camp in Switzerland.

Over the last 18 months the Scouts have worked incredibly hard raising a huge £26,500 to pay for their trip.

Wishing them an incredible experience and a massive thank you to all the leaders for taking them and helping them experience this wonderful trip!

We are pleased to announce we have recently been awarded the 785 & 786 services serving the north Warwickshire villages of Shuttington, Newton Regis, Austrey, Warton, Polesworth, Dordon & Birchmoor to and from Tamworth by Warwickshire County Council. The services will change to us on 29th August and we will soon be publishing the new timetables. There will be services to and from Polesworth School from the villages, Amington Green and Tamworth. In addition there will be a later link into Tamworth, arriving for 18:50 each day so you can get into town for evening events and socialising. We will operate the services Monday to Saturday. We will be providing new euro 6 buses on this service, with onboard USB ports and other features to make the journey more enjoyable. Our website will be updated shortly
