You are one of our longest relationships and we are so grateful that hundreds of stylists and production companies choose us! 🥰

We have unfortunately found La Poste to be quite challenging over the past year in processing your orders. They regrettably have caused many unnecessary delays and it’s unclear where things are going wrong. Which is disappointing for all of us. We ship orders very quickly - we understand you need quality products timely to delight your clients - together we exceed expectations 🙌

We’ve tried so many solutions to support and help La Poste deliver better, however we continue to experience delays in some areas of France and avoidant behaviour when we try to work with our wonderful customers in approaching them 👎

I have been working with FedEx and I am delighted to share that FedEx will now show as a delivery option when you are shopping in France 🎉

After sending a trial of orders to France through FedEx, they are delivering promptly within 3-5 days and giving very clear updates to customers, collaborating with recipients to get their orders to them 👏🏻

For now, we are giving the option and you can still choose Royal Mail/ La Poste if you require a budget solution and not too concerned about delays as some regions seem to be ok. I have updated the delivery aim with a more realistic delivery timescale of 5-21 working days to be clearer, as unfortunately they really aren’t delivering on their published timescales 💔

FedEx will collect your France duty and import fees as normal, I would recommend checking to compare if they differ to La Poste, as each supplier may apply their own handling fees 🧾

For the rest of the world, rest assured that we only choose premium tracked and priority services through Royal Mail. Your delivery partners and shipment times have been great! FedEx is available for every country and we can provide quotes for super fast deliveries 🌎

I trust this is a welcomed solution for you France, we appreciate you so much and I thank each of you that have been patient and so gracious when we’ve been sent on a wild pass the parcel game with La Poste 😅
