I value my customers and respect your privacy. Any information I collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
I collect information about you for two reasons: to process / mail your order and to provide you wi
th the best possible service. I will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes. Availability
All items are subject to availability. The majority of my items are made to order but at times ready to post items will be posted on my page with full description and price. Delivery
All my items are posted via MyHermes and sometimes 1st class Royal mail if the item is required within a few days, additional postage fees will be required. Unless otherwise stated this will be the only delivery options available unless I find a better option. Customers are also welcome to collect from my office in Swindon, Wiltshire, UK which will save delivery costs. I will make sure your package is well packaged and protected to prevent and damage in transit. I am happy to ship to other countries, however you will need to inform me before you place the order so I can calculate your shipping costs. Please note - MyHermes can take up to a week to arrive so bear this in mind when placing your order with me. Payment
Payments are made via paypal, I will send you an invoice via paypal once your order is placed. On receipt of your invoice payment is required within 24 hours, unless discussed otherwise. If payment is not received within 24 hours your order will be canceled. Paypal uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transactions information is protected to the highest standard. A Paypal account is not needed to use this payment method. Custom/bespoke orders require a non refundable 30% deposit to secure your order and pay for any stock that needs to be brought in, the remaining balance will then be required when your item is ready to be shipped. Refunds/Returns
Made by Macey only accept returns on ready made (non custom) or faulty items. This must be done up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order. Refunds are not offered on custom/bespoke items. If however I feel I am able to resell the item, I will choose to refund at my own discretion. Faulty items can be fixed or replaced if posted back to Made by Macey prior to photographic evidence of the fault as soon as its received. I hand make all my items on my own and take detailed pictures of everything I make before it is sent. When returning an item we expect it to be packaged the way it was sent, safely. I hold no responsibility for damages or loss in the post on return to Made by Macey. To cover this please return signed for or tracked delivery. Return costs are paid by the customer. Due to certain times of the year being extra busy I advise you to make your order well in advance to avoid disappointment. All custom orders are required at least 7-10 weeks before the date you require it by to ensure you receive it on time. Some items can take longer to make than others and you will be given an estimated time frame for when they will be complete. I will then send you a photo of the finished product.
