Today we are in South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 as we recreate a couple of the old Eynons routes between Llanelli & Camarthen with our Leyland Tiger Cub (WCG 104), we shall also have our friends from Swansea Bus Museum & Transport Heritage Centre with us as they be bringing along their AEC Regent. We shall be taking 1 of 2 routes between these locations either via Pontyberem or Trimsaran & Kidwelly.

We're on our way to Trimsaran and Carmarthen with former Eynon's bus 104 courtesy of Friends of King Alfred Buses. Both buses will be taking part in our running day tomorrow.

Due to our Running Day this Sunday as well as attending other events the following weekend, please note that the museum will be CLOSED on Saturday 6th and Saturday 13th June. We'll reopen as usual on Saturday 20th June.

Join us for a weekend of heritage bus activity on June 6th & 7th!

On Saturday 6th, our visitors from Friends of King Alfred Buses will be providing free rides on their Leyland Tiger Cub (WCG 104), which served with Eynon's during its later working life, on that company's former routes between Llanelli Town Hall Square & Carmarthen.
Demand for the rides is expected to be high, so booking is essential. For further details and to reserve your place please email [email protected]

On Sunday 7th, our visitors will join our early summer Running Day on routes around Swansea, including open top rides if the weather permits. The museum will host stalls, displays and refreshments, with fun for all the family. You can find us at 2 Viking Way, Winch Wen Industrial Estate, Swansea SA1 7DA.
