Mae rhywbeth arbennig tu fas i Sefydliad y Gweithwyr Oakdale 👀 There's something special outside Oakdale Workmen's Institute

Drwy gydol mis Awst rydym wedi bod yn camu'n ôl mewn amser gyda chymeriadau mewn gwisgoedd mewn rhai o'n hadeiladau hanesyddol eiconig. Nawr, diolch i Amgueddfa Bws Abertawe, mae'r bws hwn o'r 1960au ar arddangos am un wythnos yn unig.

Throughout August we've been stepping back in time with costumed characters in some of our iconic historic buildings. Now, thanks to Swansea Bus Museum & Transport Heritage Centre, we have this 1960s bus on display for one week only.

Come and see the bus, and unique objects from the Amgueddfa Cymru collection. Call into the buildings around Gwalia Green and see who's home. You never know who you might meet!

Our Step Into History event runs until 31 August and entry is free.

It's been a great summer for getting out and about, as discovered by the many who've visited us during the school holidays.

Our summer holiday Wednesday opening comes to an end this week, so why not come down and make the most of our Kids for a Quid promotion?

In addition to the museum displays of vehicles, model railway and Scalextric track, there'll be face painting and more, including a free open top bus ride at 1pm - weather permitting🤞

We're at 2 Viking Way, Winch Wen, Swansea SA1 7DA, which is about a quarter of a mile from Tesco Llansamlet.
