We’re pleased to announce the new ‘Sailing Tamar Lifeboat’. For almost 200 years, volunteer crew have rushed to save lives at sea. By any means. From the first rowing vessels to the latest high speed ultra technical Tamar lifeboats.
When the pager goes off our volunteers respond.

Today sees the first step of a new initiative to train crew in our heritage style of saving lives as we approach our 200th anniversary.

Here we have the new Mumbles Sailing lifeboat ready for action.

Crew training starts at mid day today.
