It was an absolute privilege to make the sails for Lively Lady. We'll have a video coming out soon showing the sails being made in the sail loft as well as some innovations that we built into the sails. Hopefully we'll be able to join them onboard to go sailing with them soon.

A sneak peek at a prototype load path tan sail!

Introducing the very first glimpse of our tan C-Web sails.

This sail was great fun to make and we're happy with the final product. But sadly, it's unlikely to ever go into production as the process is just too expensive and time-consuming.

However, it's exactly ideas like this that were a big reason behind starting Casca Sails - if you're not having fun with sails, what's the point of being a sailmaker?

Sticking the panels on another spinnaker going out to race in Dubai. Design designation HC-V10. It's already out there being tested so we'll have action pictures coming in soon.

- A day in the Casca sail loft -

We had a well-known artist from the area come into the sail loft to draw the making of a Herreshoff 12.5 mainsail being made.
