Congratulations to our latest Employees of the Month 🏆
James Vearncombe – Driver
James is a key part of the Andover team of four drivers who provided HT trucks and drove them for the Andover Carnival. James is always upbeat and helpful and a credit to the team.
Mihai Macsin – Warehouse Operative
Mihai successfully supported a key contract, where he continues to be a valuable member. Mihai is always willing to support operational needs, making him a deserving nomination.
John Wagstaff – Planner
Outside of John's planning role, he also works hard on all the health and safety at Birstall, making sure everything is for the depot. He works alongside the health and safety manager, always trying his best and is a team player at Birstall. Thanks, John and keep up the good work!
Kinga Brodecka – Team Leader
Kinga has developed confidently in her role using site communication alerting tools to secure out-of-hours support and resolvechallenges quickly by keeping connected and helping keep the site safe and operational.
Lee Tague – Night Driver
Lee is very versatile, moving between being out on the road and supporting in the office whenever needed. His flexibility and willingness to step up have made a real difference to the operation.
Michal Jedrzycki – Night Transport Supervisor
Michal recently joined the Andover team as the transport night supervisor. He very quickly showed how supportive he is by helping to train the new PM shift supervisor. Well done, Michal.
Naren Kumar – Driver
Naren is one of the longest-standing team members at our Pineham depot and continues to go above and beyond to support the team on site. Naren's positive attitude and supportive approach with team members make him a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Naren, for everything you do.
Alfie Chalk – Stock Controller
Alfie consistently demonstrates dedication, professionalism, and teamwork. He goes above and beyond to support colleagues and customers, delivers outstanding results, maintains a positive attitude, and makes a meaningful impact every day. Thank you for all your hard work.
Rachael Wright – Trainee Accountant
Rachael has been extremely supportive in the new finance system implementation. She has been a huge support to the team and the wider project.
