C & C Horse Transport is an International horse transport company which has been established in North Yorkshire for over 25 years and has been in the current ownership of the Jones family since 2005. It has grown from strength to strength and has a fleet of 11 horse boxes which are all certified for long journeys under type 2 authorisation. The fleet varies from 2 stalls up to 11 stalls and is sti

ll expanding with a new 11 stall, 9 stall and another 2 stall on order. Each lorry has been built to the highest standard and Defra certified complying with 6 weekly inspections. They all incorporate trackers which enable us to trace our vehicles and avoid any traffic problems. All lorries have cameras so that horses can be monitored during travel. All drivers and grooms are fully qualified and experienced horsemen. We have regular trips to Newmarket, Lambourn, Ireland and France. Attending bloodstock sales in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany.

We are looking for somebody to join our team and there are lots of opportunities for the right candidate!

You must have a passion for horses, be able to work as a team and confident to deal with horses.

Duties will vary from general yard duties of mucking out, handling youngsters, mares and foals.
If you have ridden experience it’s a bonus but not essential.

🐴🚛 We have an expanding fleet of modern HGV horseboxes and are looking for fully qualified HGV drivers.
Drivers must have HGV Class 2 licence and full CPC qualifications, along with Certificate of Competence in transporting equines.
This is a flexible position and does including weekends.
The ideal candidate should live within a 30mile radius of Stokesley.
Due to the nature of the job all drivers must have extensive equine knowledge and have worked within the equine industry.
