We bought the land in 2015 and initially managed with a few, rather straggly Jacobs sheep.​

And then the bug bit - we bought out first batch of 10 Friesland lambs to bottle feed to bring on - then another 10 - then more and more - then the lambs grew up and had babies - now in 2019 we are milking the first lot of hand reared babies...

​Dean farms with the sheep and he is very passionate about their welfare. ​

Dean works hard and provides a high standard of care for our growing flock. He is forever wanting to improve the quality of our sheep even further. When he is not looking after them - the rest of his time is spent creating their perfect accommodation!
