What a Sunday for our girls⚽️🔴⚪️🏆

A brilliant day for our U10s Villarettes as they travelled to Deans FC and were crowned Champions League winners!

The girls have had a fantastic season, and they've capped it off with their first-ever tournament victory.

It was a superb team effort from start to finish. They played some excellent football, battled for every ball, and didn't concede a single goal throughout the tournament – the total team performance.

Well done, girls! You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. ❤️🏆⚽

✨Maple Colleagues Step Up in Support of Stockport Foodbank ✨

Over two separate dates in November, Maple staff volunteered their time to help at Stockport Foodbank, lending a hand sorting donations and supporting the brilliant team who keep the service running!

Everyone really enjoyed the opportunity to get involved and came away with a deeper appreciation of the vital role the foodbank plays in supporting individuals and families across our community in Stockport.

A big thank you to Stockport Foodbank for welcoming us and keeping everyone going with plenty of brews throughout the day!! A huge well done to our Maple volunteers who showed such energy and enthusiasm and volunteered a total of 49 hours!

⚠️ WARNING: ⚠️Organised Criminal Gangs are Buying Haulage Firms — As Cargo Theft Enters a New Phase!

In recent months the BBC has investigated a worrying trend: Organised crime groups are acquiring legitimate haulage businesses, often on the verge of insolvency, so they can operate as subcontractors, taking over operator licences and embedding themselves inside the supply chain, stealing full trailer-loads of goods in a single hit!
