We would like to introduce you to our final new shop monkey....Mark.

You may have met Mark by now as he's been working here for a few months. Mark brings with him an encyclopedic amount of knowledge of narrowboats and has slotted into life at Bailey's perfectly.

That's it, that's the official team announced; obviously we have a host of other monkeys behind the scenes who help us out with all sorts.

What you mean, "what about the chief monkey?" Sorry, no pics available of him 😁

So straight onto the next event!

Saturday the 12th September Braidbar Boats Open Day!

For those of you who don't know, Braidbar Boats are serial award winners renowned throughout the Country for building high quality, luxury narrrowboats and are based right here in Higher Poynton!

On Saturday 12th September they shall be holding their annual open day where members of the public can come and take a look around some of their stunning Boats and you can get to meet the owners.

We had sunshine, showers, heavy downpours, thunder and lightning but you STILL turned up!

A huge thank-you also to Naomi from The Floating Farm Shop who kept us all well fed 😋
