Terms & Conditions
1. £50 non refundable deposit for all bookings, payable immediately to secure booking. This is transferable to an alternative date if re-arranged no later than 48 hours prior to original journey date.
2. Balance to be paid no later than 24hrs prior to journey.
3. Cancellations by customer:
(a) within 24 hours of due travel date the fee is due in full
(b) within 48 hours of
due travel date 50% of booking fee due
(c) if booking is re-arranged due to unforeseen circumstance final payment will be due no later than the day before the booking.
4. If your journey is cancelled by MLJEquimove your deposit will be refunded in full and a 10% discount will be applied to the next booking
5. If MLJ Equimove consider your horse unfit to travel upon collection, you will still be responsible for the full amount of your booking. This is not applicable if your journey is to a vets/equine hospital.
6. You will be 100% responsible for any damage to our vehicle caused by your animal during the course of the journey.
7. If MLJ Equimove’s transporter is not provided with your horses passport for the journey we will be unable to transport your horse and you will still be responsible for the full amount.
8. The price quoted will always allow for 30 minutes loading time. If your animal does not load within 30 minutes, you will be charged £10 per half hour
9. The price quoted does not include waiting time which is charged at £10 per hour
10. Self-Drive is not available.
