Changes for reliability and more trips again 😮 the service has come so far since we started in 2016 with thanks to a great team and the support of the passengers.

Yesterday we had drivers report passengers, swearing, being rude and aggressive towards them. One even called a driver lazy when all they did yesterday was try their best to maintain the service, and every single one of them covered more hours than their normal duty.

When there is traffic like this and or major diversions it affects your trip maybe once or twice, the drivers it's their whole day, reduced layovers, more time at the wheel, passengers constantly asking why are you late and telling them it's unacceptable 🙄, plus reduced break and a later finish. Drivers hate days like these, it's much better for them running all there trips and having the day that's been planned for them.

The last thing they need is rude aggressive passengers, it's entirely unfair to take your frustration out on them, if you want to know the situation contact the office and I will explain.

Or perhaps actually check Google maps or the local FB groups and you will see why there are issues and show some compassion and understanding rather than automatically think (it's the drivers fault) which 99.9% of the time it won't be.

I do appreciate most of our passengers are amazing but after hearing this I had to say something ☹️

BUS STATION IS BACK OPEN PLEASE GO TO USUAL STOP ✋️

Drivers are reporting issues accessing T5 bus Station, not sure whats going on but expect some delays,

Update, there is a serious incident at T5 the buses cannot get to the bus station, currently there is no option to pick passengers up.

Ok currently they are sending us up the ramp to the drop off area, fingers crossed we can also load .

Due to an accident closing Staines bridge the 07:30 from T5 will be running late. Looking at the tracker I would guess 10-15 min.
