🚨 A QUICK NOTE ABOUT QUOTES & WASTE CLEARANCES 🚨
We just wanted to clear something up, as it’s something we’ve been coming across more and more recently.
When you send us photos of your rubbish and waste, and we provide you with a quote based on what is shown in those photos — that quote is for that amount of waste. ♻️
It doesn’t mean that once we arrive at the property, you can start walking around finding extra sofas, mattresses, bags, furniture, garden waste, rubbish from the shed, garage, loft… and expect it all to be taken for the same price. 😅
Unfortunately, that’s not how business works.
Our quotes are calculated based on:
🔸 The amount and type of waste shown
🔸 The volume/space it will take up in the vehicle
🔸 The estimated weight of the waste
🔸 Disposal and recycling costs
🔸 Labour and loading time
🔸 Travel costs
If there’s additional waste that wasn’t included in the original photos, that’s absolutely fine — we can usually take it! 👍
If you've removed something that was originally included in the quote, then we're more than happy to use that allowance to cover a few small extra bits that weren't originally shown. That's only fair. 👍
However, if the additional waste is substantially more than what has been removed, we’ll simply give you an additional price for the extra waste before we load it, so there are no surprises.
We always try to be fair, transparent and competitive with our pricing, and we ask our customers to do the same in return. ❤️
The quote is based on what we’ve been shown — it isn’t an unlimited rubbish removal service! 😂
