WE’RE HIRING: PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING MANAGER Southampton

We're looking for an experienced Production and Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance across our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You’ll lead production activities across CNC machining, foundry operations, finishing, and associated manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.

The role requires:
- A strong technical understanding of engineering manufacturing processes
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- The ability to drive continuous improvement throughout the business

This position acts as a key operational link between production, engineering, quality, procurement, and senior management teams to ensure efficient manufacturing performance and the continued growth of the company.

Congratulations to our customer on the successful delivery of their 55 Defiant NXT patrol vessel to the Massachusetts State Police Marine Unit.

Every detail of this build has been carefully considered to achieve optimum performance and we’re proud that our fully CNC-machined, Class S propellers are part of that equation. Designed to maximise efficiency, comfort, and overall performance, they reinforce the attention to detail that makes this boat, which can achieve speeds of approximately 30 knots at wide open throttle, exceptional.

Celebrating 'Sneak Attack's' first big catch just a week after launching with a new set of CJR Propulsion flow-aligned rudders, flow-aligned p-struts, and Class S propellers. We attended the first sea trials last week, which showed our sterngear upgrade, alongside new .engines, gained an extra 7 knots - but the proof is in the fishing!

Working closely with an expert team, including Brian , Cody at , Justin at , and Troy at , 'Sneak Attack' is now doing 41.5 knots at 2355 RPM

We make sure our customers get the best performance possible from their vessels. This includes providing ongoing technical support to gather data for analysis. We've been very busy in Los Sueños, Costa Rica this week, including joining seatrials for the 45' Omie Tillett 'Miss Emma' and 'Nsatia Bill', a 64' Viking.

Combining seatrial data with our experience and technical know-how enables us to design a bespoke system of CJR Class S propellers with flow-aligned rudders and struts that will deliver the competitive edge our customers are looking for. Compared to a standard sterngear set up with hand-finished propellers, our flow-aligned systems typically deliver up to 10% efficiency for the all important faster top speeds and greater range.

"Sneak Attack" is back in the water this week and we're in Quepos for the sea trials, which start tomorrow. This custom sportfisher has been fitted with our complete flow-aligned package to enhance performance: a pair of CJR Propulsion flow-aligned struts, a pair of CJR Propulsion Billfish propellers, and a pair of CJR Propulsion flow-aligned rudders.

The project is turning heads in Los Sueños with a lot of interest in the science behind how our flow-aligned sterngear increases speed and range and reduces fuel consumption.

Fantastic shot from showing our Class S propellers and flow-aligned rudders, which have just been fitted to ‘Skin Deep’ 75’.

Alongside our partners we work closely with the Scarborough team to achieve optimum performance. Scarborough’s ‘Gametime’ 75’ (which scooped over $1.8million when it won the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament in 2024), ‘The Vintage’ 67’, and ‘Triple S’ 72’ are also fitted with our sterngear.
