📢 REFUND UPDATE

As promised from the very beginning, refunds will be issued once we receive confirmation on whether Southampton FC will be appealing the decision or not.

There is no need to email us requesting a refund. Once processed, refunds will automatically be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Please allow a little time for banks and payment providers to process the funds once issued.

Following today’s EFL statement regarding the ongoing disciplinary proceedings, we would like to reassure supporters that the EFL are continuing to plan for the Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley to take place as scheduled on Saturday 23 May with a 4:30pm kick-off.

As things stand, Southampton Away Travel will continue operating and planning for Wembley as normal while awaiting any further official updates from the EFL and the clubs.

We appreciate the uncertainty has caused concern for supporters, but we remain committed to keeping customers updated should anything officially change.
