Due to telegraph pole replacement, Summer Lane is closed today between the Royal Oak and the Exbury Gardens entrance. A diversion is in place to bring you to the gardens via Holbury and Blackfield.

The Exbury Wellness Festival is taking place on 13th-14th June, with an exciting line-up of activities to take part in.

If you have ever wanted to make more time for wellness in your life but didn’t know where to start, which activity is right for you or who to talk to, then this event is for you!

Our festival marquee will be filled with wonderful local wellness practitioners offering friendly advice and a packed timetable of free sessions for you to take part in.

These will include:
Pilates
Tai Chi
Breathwork for calm, energy and connection
Movement for strength, mobility and vitality
Yoga
Sound Therapy

Other free activities will include:
Family Wellness Trail
Print Making Workshops
Botanical Printing Workshops

The Exbury Gardens Plant Centre is stocked with an array of herbaceous plants, shrubs and of course rhododendrons and azaleas, reflecting the seasons at Exbury. You’ll find both familiar names and a host of rare and unusual varieties.

The Gift Shop, Plant Centre and Restaurant are open 7 days a week and are accessible without paying to enter the gardens.
