✨ Today marked the final day of the 2026 CLIA Conference, and what a way to finish – with a visit onboard the stunning Celebrity Apex 🛳️

From the moment I stepped onboard, it was easy to see why this ship is so highly regarded. With its contemporary design, luxurious accommodation, world-class dining, and sophisticated atmosphere, every space feels thoughtfully crafted to elevate the guest experience.

One of the ship’s most iconic features is the Magic Carpet®️ 🤩 – a remarkable cantilevered platform that travels up and down the side of the ship, transforming throughout the day into a bar, restaurant, embarkation area, and tender platform. It’s unlike anything else at sea and adds a real sense of innovation and excitement to the journey.

Other standout features include the stunning Rooftop Garden, the serene adults-only Solarium, and the impressive Eden venue, which blends dining, entertainment, and breathtaking ocean views into one unforgettable space.

Stepping into the beautiful city of Mainz felt like walking through the pages of history with the warmth and charm of true German river life 🇩🇪✨

Known for its stunning old town, colourful half-timbered houses, rich Roman history and as the birthplace of Johannes Gutenberg — the inventor of the printing press — Mainz is a city bursting with culture, character and soul 📖❤️

As we wandered through the lively squares, admired the magnificent Mainz Cathedral and soaked up the relaxed atmosphere along the Rhine, there was such a peaceful, welcoming energy everywhere we turned. From hidden little streets to riverside views, this stop completely captured our hearts ✨

One of those places that makes you slow down, breathe deeply and simply appreciate the beauty of travel, new experiences and the joy of discovering somewhere so full of history and life 🚢☀️

Our stop in the beautiful city of Koblenz (our 3rd stop) truly felt like stepping back in time 🇩🇪✨

From exploring landmarks filled with historical significance to standing at the famous Deutsches Eck where the Rhine & Moselle rivers meet, every corner of this charming city had something special to discover.

One of the highlights had to be taking the cable car high above the Rhine to the incredible Ehrenbreitstein Fortress 🚠🏰
The panoramic views over Koblenz, the rivers and surrounding landscapes were absolutely breathtaking!

We also stumbled across a fantastic exhibition-style event with rows of traditional tents, live demonstrations and locals dressed in beautiful traditional attire — it really brought the city’s history and culture to life and made the whole experience feel even more authentic.

Koblenz may have been a short stop on our river cruise journey, but it definitely left a lasting impression 🤍🚢✨

Waking up onboard the beautiful VIVA Enjoy and already fully embracing river cruise life… 🚢✨

From leaving home, flying into the stunning city of Amsterdam, wandering through its beautiful canals and vibrant atmosphere, to now waking up onboard this gorgeous ship ready for another day of adventure in our second port of call — Cologne 🇩🇪✨
What an incredible start already! 🌍

The first two nights onboard have been everything I hoped for and more — amazing food, beautiful interiors, relaxing vibes, and that magical feeling of unpacking once while the scenery changes around you. 🤍

Today in Cologne was such a lovely mix of fun and sightseeing — including a visit to the famous Lindt Chocolate Museum 🍫✨ and hopping on the giant Ferris wheel to take in the stunning views of Cologne from above 🎡 What a way to see the city!

Now it’s time for more exploring, more unforgettable views, and more special moments sailing with VIVA Cruises aboard the fabulous VIVA Enjoy 🚢✨

River cruising is quickly becoming one of my favourite ways to travel… slow mornings, ever-changing scenery, stunning cities, and the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation 💫
