A Big shout out to our Niteflite heroes, our workshop team!

Over the last two weeks, the team have worked incredibly hard, with our Preventative Maintenance program and monthly Inspections (PMIs), pre-tour inspections and a host of scheduled maintenance jobs.

This included two gearbox removals, replacement clutches and flywheels, gearbox lid servicing, and sending the gearboxes to specialist agents for servicing and Inspection.

At Niteflite, we do these jobs because we want to, not because we have to and the part has failed

The clutches weren’t failing.
We simply had a gap in the busy touring schedule, so we used that time to carry out planned replacements.
The gearboxes weren’t broken either, but while they were out, it made sense to have them checked and serviced by specialists.

The same with other major parts like diffs which undergo thorough checks as vital parts of the vehicles mechanics

That’s our approach to preventative maintenance: making good use of workshop time to keep our buses ready for the tours ahead.

Thank you to our workshop team for all your hard work and commitment. You’re a vital part of every Niteflite journey! and I perhaps don’t thank you enough or give you the praise you deserve
