Meet 'Nellie' - the latest van completed by Thistle Rose Leisure. This van was a fresh design, taking a Citroen Relay L4H2 (Extra Long Wheelbase) as a base and turning it into a bespoke 3 berth/3 travelling seats campervan for Katy, Jill and of course Islay!

Nellie will be spending her time with these two retired teacher friends who will be taking a well earned break touring the inner and outer Hebrides amongst other locations with a van that's built spend a few days off grid at a time as well as providing oodles of comfort for socialising and relaxing.

We are looking for a new Sales Administrator/PA

We have an excellent and rewarding opportunity for a full-time or part-time experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.

There’s a great deal of pleasure in fulfilling customers dreams and when you see their faces as they open the door to their campervan - it can make your day.

As a Sales Administrator/PA, you’ll work within a small office and the role involves:

• Customer liaison (meet and greet, prepare quotations, finalise orders and building rapport with customers through the build)
• Purchasing and supplier/contractor liaison
• Marketing via Google, Facebook and at Exhibitions
Assisting the MD with any of the other 101 tasks needed to keep a small business running!
• Accounts maintenance (primarily purchase ledger)

Working hours are 37 per week full-time and flexible hours for part-time people. The salary on offer is £24,000 to £25,000 per annum, pro rata for part time. Holiday equivalent to 24 days plus Bank Holidays.

Here is our second van to go out this year. A lovely . It was collected yesterday, and will be going home to Buckinghamshire soon.
There were a couple of little extra features on this campervan which really made all the difference to the customers, like the drop down panel at the rear of the RIB Seat/Bed, meaning longer items (such as ski's) could be fed under the seat, we'll be putting in the same feature for a joiner who will be using his van for work sometimes and having that extra room will be a huge help . A shower point at the rear door, for washing off wellies or dogs. This particular one was cold only, but you can have warm water if you have a water heater fitted.
Last but not least it had the Drivelodge Motorhomes scenic canvas, which the customers loved, it lets so much light and air in the van, it's almost like your outside.
We hope they have lots of wonderful in their new .
