We’re pleased to announce the opening of our new 65,000 sq ft warehouse and operating depot in Chippenham, strengthening our logistics network across the South West and increasing total warehousing capacity to over 500,000 sq ft across eight regional sites.

Big congratulations to Wayne Cross, who passed his LGV C2 practical test in Bristol this week 👏🚛

Wayne has now progressed from driving a 3.5T van to a 7.5T rigid and will be joining the operation immediately to support increasing Palletforce network volumes.

Great achievement Wayne - well deserved!

We’re pleased to share that Willmotts Transport has achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification.

As more areas of logistics and supply chains rely on digital systems, keeping customer data and operational systems secure is increasingly important.

This certification independently verifies the cyber security measures and controls in place across the business - helping support secure, reliable day-to-day operations for both our team and customers.

We’re pleased to share that our new 65,000 sq ft warehouse and operating depot in Chippenham is now operational.

The site strengthens our presence across the South West and allows us to support customers with transport, warehousing and pallet network distribution.

New kit on the road at Waterlip 🚛

These urban tail-lift trailers from our friends at Tiger Trailers have now joined the fleet and are already in operation, supporting our Palletforce network.

Built for tall pallets, tight access and the realities of day-to-day deliveries - exactly what’s needed. Another step in our ongoing fleet investment and keeping everything moving as it should.

After almost 10 years with Willmotts, Gilly Walters has now retired.

Gilly has been a hugely valued member of the team, known for her experience, professionalism and the strong relationships she built with customers over the years. Her focus on delivering the right solutions - with customer experience at the heart of everything - has made a real impact on the business.

She will be very much missed by everyone at Willmotts.

We wish Gilly all the very best for a long and well-earned retirement, travelling around Europe in her campervan with her husband Tim.

Thank you for everything, Gilly.
