DMR Seals KB20-ILS profile is a double acting (Bi-Directional) seal commonly referred to as the Interlocking T-Seal and was primarily designed for wellhead applications and downhole tools used within the Oil and Gas industry.

The seal is comprised of an elastomeric sealing element complete with unique locked-in thermoplastic anti-extrusion rings to help it withstand high pressures and large extrusion/clearance gaps between hardware surfaces. It is manufactured with an interference fit on the inside diameter to provide good static sealing and to help prevent seal roll and spiral failure under reciprocating conditions and is the perfect choice for static and/or stab-in (engage/disengage) applications where separate back-up/anti-extrusion rings may normally become sheared or cause galling of mating metallic components at installation point.

Recently one of our employees tragically passed away, he had worked for us for over 9 years and will be sorely missed by everyone here. All the team would like to support the family of Robert so we have decided on a challenge to raise funds,

DMR Seals is part of M Seals who have 4 sites in the UK and the HQ in Denmark, our aim during this 2nd lockdown is to walk as many miles as possible to complete the 2,380 mile route between all M Seals and DMR sites....TWICE!

Our Polyurethane Ring Joint Test Gasket is a cost-effective way to pressure test API ring joints without damaging the mating 23° fl**ges or using a standard metallic seal. Independently pressure tested through 10 two-minute cycles at 700 Bar (10,000 PSI), it has been re-used by clients up to 30 times without failure.

All XB74 Seals are made to order and can be manufactured in one of our high-performance polyurethane materials to suit your pressure test requirements in either water or nitrogen service and is produced to suit standard R or BX fl**ge sizes and is available for classes 150 #, 300 #, 400 #, 600 #, 900 #, 1500 # and 2500 #.

Online & offline application support.

We pride ourselves on our technical application support and whilst the new normal has thrown us all a few challenges, we are still able to offer the same high level of support that we are known for.

We can perform technical site visits in person, providing all COVID-19 policies are in place and guidelines are adhered to, or where this isn’t possible, we are able to bridge the gap with technology, to offer application support online via Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

This morning alone we have had 3 enquiries for the urgent supply of ventilator piston seals, so with this in mind we are reaching out to all our customers and contacts with a statement to let them know that we are here to help if needed.

During this difficult time we would like to inform you that we are currently operating as normal within our production department in a bid to meet the demands of our customers and general industry alike. We have no major supply issues at this time and our extensive material stocks means we are ready to help you if required.

Nobody is being forced to come to the workplace. Our duty of care to our employees, customers and suppliers is paramount and we are adhering fully to all government guidelines and implemented strict working policies 3 weeks ago, while ensuring all staff members that cannot work remotely only turn up for work if they feel comfortable doing so and have no family members that are considered vulnerable or showing any symptoms.

If your business may require ventilator seals or has been impacted through normal supply chains during these difficult trading times then we are happy help in any way we can.

WEATHER AFFECTING SOME DMR SEALS SERVICES ☃️

The current adverse weather is preventing some of our colleagues from being able to get to and from work safely.

This means it may take a little longer for us to answer calls or respond to your emails.

Our delivery partner, APC, are also experiencing issues throughout their network due to the weather, with areas such as the South East, South West, South Wales and Scotland being effected more so.

We will continue to work with APC to help ensure items get delivered, but the condition of the roads will ultimately dictate what we can achieve.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
