Been a pleasure to work on this one.
Started out as a fully faired BMW R100RS.
I had to strip and rebuild the wiring loom, ignition and switching.
All hidden Inside the headlamp bowl, digital Speedo and tach, I'm not responsible for the cosmetics but I think this is about as cool as it gets.
It's kind of pushed me to finish my own project next, so things are arriving soon.

Probably one of the most informative and professionally provided training courses I've ever been on.
Really really cool process to learn.
Looking forward to the de-mould tomorrow.
Then on to pre-preg tomorrow

The first and possibly last one ready for Easter.
Lovely DF150, 2012 absolutely mint and pleasure to work on as always. PROBABLY one of the best Outboard motors ever made in my opinion.

Well done to Overall Pro-Cat champions and Concourse Winners .co.uk.
A fantastic season with a new hull that arrived 2 races into the season. This shows the hull is a force to be reckoned with.
We were happy to provide Graphics, Paint & application process to the great looking hull for the team. Along with custom hand cut

Just got the headlight bezel back from with an amazing flawless finished Piano black gloss powdercoat instead of the factory chrome.

So an eventful Boxing Day Rally for us with Exmouth Powerboat & Ski Club.
It was very very unsettled and probably a bit too bumpy for us in all honesty.
However the boat and motor both survived a minor swim and we will be back for 2026 to take on a full season in F3 OCRDA.
The Tohatsu Marine MD90A soldiers on and we will hopefully get a few upgrades fitted over the winter period.
Looking forward to another season ahead.
