Reasons to have your mast and rigging inspected. On a recent mast and rigging inspection we discovered the deck plate had sunk. On further inspection below deck we discovered the compression post had snapped under the mast. Removed, and rebuilt with more strength and support. Ready for many more years safe sailing. This could have been catastrophic, and is a good example of why mast and rigging inspections are so important. Get in touch to book an inspection before the season starts.
