Please share this post because we have an update - due to a change of circumstances WE NOW HAVE ONE LEFT After we last advertised our new range of house boats. We have been so busy here at Clifton Cruisers and wanted to share our recent new builds. These include our new two beds with two double bedrooms, with a roof terrace and walk in wardrobes.

Each build is bespoke as we design the layout to what you want and it's individual to you. You pick the kitchen, floors, bathroom etc even what colour you want on the walls. One of our recent builds includes a wood burner. Bath or shower that’s up to you.

These will be permanently moored at our marina in Hillmorton. Once this plot has been reserved our marina is full.

Two / Three beds from £159,500 (40ft x16ft)

Air conditioning and heating fitted as standard.

Please note you can not get mortgages on these.

We have built the best community and we are looking for right people to join our marina. Where we can guarantee you, that you will have the BEST neighbours.

We arrange a summer bbq and a Christmas party so at the heart of our marina is our people.

Update - ONLY three left to be reserved. After we last advertised our new range of house boats. We have been so busy here at Clifton Cruisers and wanted to share our recent build our new two bedroom, with a roof terrace and a walk in wardrobe.
