Louisa began the day with a scheduled 08:15 ETA, allowing plenty of time for her client's arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5.

Mid-journey, with 100+ minute delays reported ahead, she took the executive decision to leave the motorway and reroute via A and B roads, rejoining the M25 beyond the disruption.

By proactively avoiding the delay, she ensured the client arrived on time. Specially when he has a 25hr flight ahead of him.

Back-to-back bookings before 10am and Louisa absolutely nailed it.

Her 2nd run of the morning — Terminal 5 at LHR — signed, sealed and delivered with precision and professionalism well beyond her 5 weeks of training.

3 executive pick-ups en route, 1 out of town, and with the clock ticking against her. Add in thick, patchy fog across the network this morning and it was a real test.
